Working Together Ludlow: A safe return to Rockspring:
As we reopen our doors at Rockspring we are committed to keeping everyone as Covid Safe as we can. To help us with this, we ask that everyone follows these procedures:
Before travelling to Rockspring
Before a Member attends their designated session at WT and, ideally before travelling, we ask that the Member (or a carer or family representative on their behalf) confirms that, to the best of their knowledge, the Member or anyone in their household has not displayed Covid symptoms for the previous 24 hour period – and they are not self-isolating because of contact with a suspected Covid symptomatic person.
Covid symptoms are generally a high temperature, a new, continuous cough or a loss or change to your sense of smell or taste.
This confirmation message should be sent by texting or emailing the following details:
- The Members initials,
- The words Covid Safe
- An emergency contact number to 07896 415643 or to firstname.lastname@example.org
– for example: ‘’WNB Covid Safe 01234 XXXXXX”
The emergency contact number is for us to use if the Member needs to be collected urgently because they or anyone else at Rockspring are displaying Covid-19 symptoms.
Without this confirmation Members will not be able to attend Working Together on that day.
Travelling to Rockspring
When travelling to WT we ask that the government guidance on safe travel is followed. This can be found here: Government Guidance on travelling
Arrival at Rockspring:
Each Member will have been allocated a designated slot and a specific arrival and departure time – please adhere to this arrival and departure time as closely as possible – as this is intended to reduce contact in communal areas.
Members will be signed in by a staff member and a temperature check maybe made at this point.
Once signed in, members will be supported to wash their hands for 20 seconds before commencing activities.
If any individual, Member, member of staff or volunteer receiving a face to face service from WT has symptoms (or suspected symptoms) of COVID-19, the risk to their health and wellbeing will be assessed and appropriate action taken in line with NHS guidelines. Usually, this will mean they will be sent home and advised to follow government advice to self-isolate.
At the end of a session
At the end of each session, anyone collecting a Member is asked to wait outside the building if at all possible, to avoid congestion in the communal areas.
Thank you in advance for your co-operation, we look forward to welcoming you back.
